We build software of our own
Rare Works makes Skeulur, an employee scheduling app, and Vibe, a shared music queue for workplaces. Both are live, and both are built with the same tools we'd use for yours.
How pricing works
Custom builds are quoted by the job, because no two are alike. We estimate at $85 an hour and give you a written quote before any work starts.
Half is due up front as a deposit and half when it launches. After launch, hosting and care are on the same monthly plans as any other site.

How do I know what my project will cost?
Tell us what you want it to do. We'll ask a few questions and send a written quote before any work starts.
Can you add booking to a site you already built for me?
Yes. It's quoted as its own job and added to your existing site.
Do I need a custom build, or just a website?
If you need to show what you do and get calls and form requests, a regular site covers it. If customers need to log in, book, or pay through it, that's a custom build.
